Sliding Fee Discount Program - If you are not eligible for health insurance coverage or have a high deductible plan, your Health Center will help you sign up for their sliding fee discount program to ensure you can afford the care that you need. Sliding fee discounts are calculated according to your yearly income and household size. The discount applies to all services provided at the Health Center.
