Medical

Health Centers believe that comprehensive primary health care services are the cornerstone of a community’s health.

We offer such as family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics, or gynecology services. We also provide prenatal and perinatal services, well-child services, immunizations and family planning services.

Services are provided by physicians, and where appropriate, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and nurse midwives.

Vision

Some Health Centers offer vision services on-site.

We offer a full range of primary eye care including eye exams, eyeglass prescriptions, and treatment for health concerns such as glaucoma, conjunctivitis and pink eye.

Services are provided by opthalmologists or optometrists, depending on the site.

Dental

Health Centers believe that dental health is critical to a patient’s overall health.

We provide comprehensive dental services such as preventive, restorative and emergency care.

Services are provided by dentists, dental hygienists, dental assistants and dental therapists.

Chiropractic

Some Health Centers offer chiropractic care.

We offer treatment for acute injuries, repetitive stress injuries, prenatal care, back/neck pain and headaches/migraines.

Behavioral Health

Health Centers believe that behavioral health is part of whole person care.

We provide services to address issues such as depression, anxiety, and chemical abuse.

Services are provided mental health professionals including Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Social Workers and other Licensed Mental Health Providers
